What price is worth it for a traditional sauna

I've been researching traditional saunas for a while now and noticed the pricing is all over the place, legit seeing kits starting around $2K and then full setups pushing between $8K to10K+. Some are simple barrel styles and others are full cedar builds with separate heaters. I'm trying to figure out what really drives the price jump. Is it mostly the wood quality, heater brand, or what?, the lighting or control I dont know but I'm really keen on doing a trad sauna in my home becas I dont like those public ones and I want somewhere private where me and my girls can have our private girl time, yunno how it is
So what is the bulk of the high prices, thanks fam

The biggest deciding factors in the price is the wood and the heater. Smaller saunas with cheaper wood will be, well cheaper and paired with a weaker heater will be the most budget friendly option. The size will also affect the price, which is pretty obvious. The small creature comforts may not increase or decrease the price too much, but they play a certain role. Hope this makes sense
