Advice on a barrel sauna kit?

I'm thinking of setting a barrel sauna at our backyard. I'm still trying to convince my husband it's a good idea. We're both pretty handy so I'm thinking about tackling a DIY kit. I've been doing some research but the options are a bit overwhelming. If anyone here has built their own barrel sauna, I'm keen to know which things I should be looking out for? Any brands you'd recommend or ones to avoid? I'm mainly concerned about the quality of the wood and the overall assembly process. Are the included heaters usually good enough, or should I budget for an upgrade? I'd appreciate your insights and advice!

We built a barrel sauna sometime last year and it's been great...my advice: go for quality cedar wood and make sure the kit has clear instructions. The included heater was okay, but upgrading gave better performance. DIY is doable, just seal everything carefully.
