I recently built my own DIY sauna focusing on keeping costs low while creating a relaxing space. I used cedar for the walls and pine for the ceiling with fiberglass insulation to retain heat. The electric heater was affordable but powerful enough for the space. The build itself took time but I managed to create a functional and cozy sauna including benches, LED lighting, and proper ventilation. Overall, the project cost around $2,200, significantly cheaper than buying a prebuilt sauna and I’m thrilled with the result.

Your heater does it hold up well when you go on sessions? and also your LEDs, dimmable or RGB ?, I may just steal a few ideas
