I'm closing on a home that comes with a 6-person Hobbit barrel sauna that is traditional, not infrared, I want to know about the benefits of a red light therapy sauna setup, I've been reading up on the science. Anyone tried combining both? What device and setup worked for you?

Congrats on the closing, seemed like you hit the jackpot. Since you have the traditional sauna, I'd stick with it. Sure, you could mix and match with infrared, but there are a buttload of things to consider and set up for everything to work propery. In my opinion it's not worth it.

I hear you, keeping things simple has its perks. Still curious though… if there's a safe way to integrate red light without messing with the traditional vibe, I might experiment a little
