Sauna tent recommendations

I just found out recently that there's such a thing as a sauna tent! Has anyone tried this? I'm interested to know anything, from performance, convenience with use and cleaning, and just your overall experience. If you can also mention which brand and model you're using, that would be great so I can narrow down my own search.

I've tried the SereneLife steam sauna tent, works well, heats quick, and easy to clean if you air it out after. It's great for a quick sweat session indoors. Have you decided if you're leaning steam or infrared? Planning to use it inside or outdoors?

What's the heat-up time like on yours, and does it actually give that deep sweat feel like a traditional sauna, or is it more of a light steam session?
