Best sauna setup for a two person room?

I'm putting together a small sauna at home and the space I've got is just about right for two people. The challenge is figuring out what heater or setup will get the job done properly without being overkill for such a compact room. I've seen a range of options from simple plug in units to more serious electric heaters, and the price gap between them can be huge.

What I'm aiming for is reliable heat, decent steam, appreciate any stream of ideas

hi @H.E.R. from my experience, the most important thing is to match the heater's kW rating to the cubic feet of your sauna.
For a small two person sauna, you're likely looking at something in the 3kW to 4.5kW range.
A heater that's too small will struggle to heat the room and won't give you a good steam, while one that's too big will heat up too fast and won't give you a comfortable, lingering heat. Most reputable manufacturers will have a sizing chart based on the room's dimensions.
