What's everyone wearing (or not) in their home sauna?

Curious how you all approach the what to wear part of your home sessions, I know public saunas have their own rules, but when it's your own space, anything goes, right? because I normally do a towel, a cotton wrap, and sometimes just going full nordic and skipping the layers entirely lol but what's actually best for the experience, like for comfort, breathability, and not trapping too much heat, lotta funny arguments about going in totally bare vs wearing loose cotton, and I get that synthetic stuff is a big no because of the heat and the off gassing
Throwing it to the house, what'd y'all think

At home, I usually go with a towel or nothing at all if it's just me. It actually feels way better without fabric holding in the heat.

Wearing anything at all in a home sauna is like putting on gloves to wash your hands, going nude isn't just tradition, it's optimal. Towels and wraps just trap heat and sweat, messing with the experience.
